In our work we rely primarily on the model of Direct Search.
In the search for ideal candidates we use individual and group tasks. Our recruiters conduct competency and psychological tests and competency interviews. For our customers, we get highly qualified candidates that best fit the criteria for the job. We make every effort to ensure that the competencies evaluation process was multi-dimensional and consequently brought the best results.
